Abstract
This project aims to create an intelligent chatbot dedicated to serving car wash customers, providing an efficient and convenient service scheduling experience. The chatbot will be designed to understand users’ needs, provide information about available services, and facilitate scheduling, eliminating the need for long waits for responses.
