dc.description.abstractIn the present work we will try to illustrate the profession of the accounting professional, who is responsible for helping the judge to reach the best possible decision when it involves litigation in the labor sphere, in which the judge, even though he is the holder of knowledge, is not able to judge or even analyze the documents that are attached as evidence. We will approach the expert as a whole, the expertise itself and situations that we believe will leverage our profession.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoNo presente trabalho tentaremos ilustrar a profissão do profissional contábil este responsável por auxiliar o juiz a chegar na melhor decisão possível quando envolver litígios na esfera trabalhista este no qual o juiz por mais que seja detentor do conhecimento não é capaz de julgar ou até mesmo analisar os documentos que são juntados como prova. Abordaremos o perito como um todo, a perícia propriamente dita e situações que julgamos que irão alavancar a nossa profissão.pt_BR
