Abstract

This project aims to demonstrate how the DJNR - ME Accounting Office will act to elaborate and program the strategic planning of your new business. Through this strategic planning that the company will diagnose the internal and external environment, to detect the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, the SWOT Matrix was chosen by the Office to make this diagnosis. The new venture will develop forms of business strategies in conjunction with strategic planning, where the manager will be able to monitor the operation and productivity so that it can be effectively developed and thus achieve what has been proposed.
