Abstract

In this third module of the Accounting Science Course we had as theme for our project the Development of a Labor Liability Management Plan, with the objective of applying what was passed to us in the disciplines, from how to create a company, the importance of good management. both in the financial and legal administration with essential knowledge of the labor laws that must be followed according to the Federal Constitution (CF), Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) and the Civil Code (CC), in order to identify the possible liabilities of the Company. company, propose solutions for them and also give tips to prevent them from happening. We use a fictitious market for the elaboration of the project, using information from a real company, whose fancy name is Mercadinho da Família, we use its location, the CNPJ, branch where it operates and the name of the partners of an existing company in São João da Boa Vista –SP, in which we use as our corporate name “Rochetto & Rochetto Mercearia Ltda.”.
