The company Azul Esportes is a company that is inserted in the great sports technology market, and in adaptations that people with more difficulties related to the body need. Our mission is to make an analysis and demonstrate evaluation techniques where the company needs, or most of the time only a few adjustments. The great importance for this attaches to the democratization of knowledge sponsored by advances in technology, the growing dependence on human creativity for competitive advantage between companies, this puts even the company in which we will go deeper in search of high human performance as a goal of people management practices in organizations, regardless of complexity and business segment.
