dc.description.abstractThe objective of this work is to approach the issue of communication in organizational processes, that is, within companies and work environments. It is extremely important to have good communication in our day to day, because it will provide us with more organization, more engagement with people, less disagreements, greater productivity and respect, managing to better align information. With this, good communication becomes necessary also in the environments of work, because that way it will work better. Based on these information, we will use the company Bio Pharmus to analyze in practice how works and problems that frequent in a teamwork.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoO objetivo deste trabalho é abordar a questão da comunicação nos ambientes organizacionais, ou seja, dentro de empresas e ambientes de trabalho. É extremamente importante ter uma boa comunicação no nosso dia a dia, pois vai nos proporcionar mais organização, mais engajamento com as pessoas, menos desentendimentos, maior produtividade e respeito, conseguindo alinhar melhor as informações. Com isso, a boa comunicação se torna necessária também nos ambientes de trabalho, pois dessa forma terá melhor funcionamento. Tendo como base essas informações, vamos utilizar a empresa Bio Pharmus para analisar na prática como funciona e problemas que frequentam em um trabalho em equipe.pt_BR
