A COMUNICAÇÃO ENTRE AS EQUIPES NO CONTEXTO ORGANIZACIONAL: Bio Pharmus

Abstract

The objective of this work is to approach the issue of communication in organizational processes, that is, within companies and work environments. It is extremely important to have good communication in our day to day, because it will provide us with more organization, more engagement with people, less disagreements, greater productivity and respect, managing to better align information. With this, good communication becomes necessary also in the environments of work, because that way it will work better. Based on these information, we will use the company Bio Pharmus to analyze in practice how works and problems that frequent in a teamwork.
