Abstract

The objective of the project is to show how the control and organization is done in practice in relation to the day to day of a trade, in relation to the environment, I will show how we care about the world we live in and our plans for the future, we can to say that our company Padaria Napoli is becoming an example, we can say that in the beginning we could not have better control over the damage we caused to the environment, but as the years and the increase in productivity and demand, it was necessary to implement a system for better control of waste discarded by the bakery, we have a large volume from plastic, to product packaging destined for the bakery production, and we contribute to the selective collection of the neighborhood in which we are located, we have garbage bins next to our facilities for better separation, and inside we have posters to make the customer aware of the concern with the environment for a better future of the planet.
