Abstract

This project aims to show the entire supply chain process of the aforementioned company, understanding the organizational structures, informing the locations of its raw material suppliers, product manufacturing, product storage, product delivery, product return by customer if necessary, feedback through customer service services, process improvement, and goods receipts going through all logistical procedures until final delivery to the customer.
