Abstract

Plus size fashion has been gaining more and more space in the market, and stores dedicated to this audience have great potential for growth and success. To achieve these goals, it is important that the company has a well-defined and efficient strategy. In this sense, we present four very useful management tools, they are: Business Model Canvas, the SWOT Matrix, Design Thinking and the BSC. In this way, the use of these tools can be of great value for the development of a plus size clothing store, helping the company to better understand its business model and to identify the best strategies to stand out in the market.
