Abstract
Training and Development and Performance Evaluation are reflections of the studies and changes in the current People Management. With the competitiveness of the companies and the labor protections, it was essential to look carefully at the trainers of the companies' results, the employees. In other words, performance evaluation is a practical analysis of how employees perform their tasks and what results are achieved. This analysis is the result of observation and identification of some criteria known for their involvement in the process.
