Abstract

Natura is the largest cosmetics company with Brazilian capital, boasting a result of 14,444 million in terms of gross revenue in 2020. The company develops, manufactures, distributes and markets cosmetics, fragrances and personal care products, having a brand that is among the most recognized in the cosmetics market in the country. Direct sales represent the main distribution channel for Natura products, reaching more than 5,000 municipalities. In Bolivia, the company sells its products through an independent distributor. The strategy defined by Natura involves the growth of the Brazilian and Latin American cosmetics market through a direct sales channel.
