Abstract
Faced with an extremely competitive scenario, where each point of market share represents a considerable amount of money, Ambev achieved an unshakable leadership in the Rio Grande do Sul market, however, the emergence of a new beer brand put an end to this tranquility, and many actions with customers became part of the routines of both companies, creating a competitive scenario in the dispute for each case of beer sold in the market.
