Abstract

It is a query formulated by the consultant Márcio Dias, about the possibility of eligibility for Federal Deputy for the state of São Paulo, denied by the party whose allegation was the kinship with the then governor of the state. There is also doubt about the obligation to give personal testimony in court in person.
