Abstract

The relationship between the right to learn and inclusive education is guaranteed by law, ensuring that people with disabilities enjoy all the rights provided for in the constitution. It is a crime to “refuse, suspend, procrastinate, cancel or terminate the enrollment of people with disabilities. The pedagogy of diversity is essential to avoid discrimination and ensure the school inclusion of students with disabilities.
