dc.description.abstractIn modern times, it is perceived that globalization and the economy influence directly the way organizations carry out their activities. The companies, whether they are stable or not, and operating with big or small risks, have come to make forecasts and projections of situations, given the instability that their suppliers and customers face (FRAPORTI, 2018). Organizations, therefore, were compelled to manage risks, and began to do so in a conscious and structured way, by implementing models organizations that identify, prioritize and develop measures to the risks realized, or unconscious and unstructured, when executing the handling risks as they occur. Therefore, risk management is an activity that has strategic importance and value for any type of organization, from small to large, since without it, hardly a company achieve its goals, both globally and in any of its areas.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoNos tempos modernos, percebe-se que a globalização e a economia influenciam diretamente a forma como as organizações executam suas atividades. As empresas, estejam elas estáveis ou não, e operando com grandes ou pequenos riscos, passaram a realizar previsões e projeções de situações, diante da instabilidade que seus fornecedores e clientes enfrentam (FRAPORTI, 2018). As organizações, portanto, foram compelidas a fazer o gerenciamento de riscos, e passaram a o fazer de forma consciente e estruturada, ao implantar modelos organizacionais que façam a identificação, a priorização e a elaboração de medidas para os riscos concretizados, ou inconsciente e desestruturada, quando executam o tratamento dos riscos à medida que eles ocorrem. Por isso, o gerenciamento de riscos é uma atividade que tem importância e valor estratégico para qualquer tipo de organização, das pequenas até as grandes, já que sem ele, dificilmente uma empresa consegue alcançar seus objetivos, tanto globalmente como em qualquer uma de suas áreas.pt_BR
