Abstract
The objective of the interdisciplinary project is to involve the contextualization of knowledge between two subjects, leading them to interact in search of common goals. The company chosen to work on this project was NATURA COSMÉTICOS S / A, due to the fact that it is one of the largest direct cosmetics sales companies in Brazil, with more than 1.7 million consultants across the country and 7,000 employees.
