dc.description.abstractThis article aims to carry out an approach through a research literature and a case study to demonstrate the relevance of companies that help connecting companies looking for collaborators to potential candidates. These cases can contribute to the recruitment and selection of organizations that need to make available opportunities for selection processes for new employees in the role of intern and young apprentice. And how this activity contributes and helps people to enter the market of work, where experience can be a differential, in the selection and recruitment stages of candidates who aim to integrate the teams of collaborators of the organizations.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoO presente artigo tem como intuito realizar uma abordagem por meio de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e um estudo de caso para demonstrar a relevância de empresas que ajudam a conectar empresas que buscam colaboradores à potenciais candidatos. Esses casos podem contribuir no recrutamento e seleção de organizações que necessitam disponibilizar oportunidades de processos seletivos para novos colaboradores nas funções de estagiário e jovem aprendiz. E como essa atuação contribui e auxilia para o ingresso de pessoas no mercado de trabalho, onde a experiência pode ser um diferencial, nas etapas de seleção e recrutamento de candidatos que visam integrar as equipes de colaboradores das organizações.pt_BR
