Abstract

Accounting practice requires a wide range of knowledge. This knowledge is acquired in the classroom, in the subjects offered in each period by the university. However, this is not enough. In a globalized world, where knowledge networks intertwine, it is evident how important it is to interdisciplinary all the contents learned. This is the purpose of this type of project. For the creation of this, it is essential to apply the knowledge acquired in the classroom in practice, in order to develop technical and theoretical skills of the content learned. Therefore, it is necessary to study the financial statements of a company. The group chose to create a scenario, as if it were a fictional company to be able to develop the Interdisciplinary Project (IP). The fictitious company is called GBG Ltda. And it will be described within the project.
