| dc.description.abstract | The project addresses and applies the knowledge seen during the semester in the module of Financial Management, giving greater emphasis to the subject of Management of Labor Liabilities and what are their financial impacts on the company. The main objective is to demonstrate to the entrepreneur the importance that a good management of labor liabilities back to the company and how the non-fulfillment of these obligations can affect not only the financial health but can also damage the image of the same. Currently, companies are being charged not only by their employees to maintain up to date with its obligations, but also by its customers and investors, since an image negative impact brings not only consequences for the company but also for those who invest or shop with her. This project simulates, through a hypothetical situation such as a late payment of its obligations brings consequences for the company. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | O projeto aborda e aplica os conhecimentos vistos no decorrer do semestre no módulo de Gestão Financeira, dando uma maior ênfase à matéria de Gestão de Passivos Trabalhistas e quais seus impactos financeiros na empresa. O principal objetivo é demonstrar ao empresário a importância que uma boa gestão dos passivos trabalhistas trás para a empresa e como o não cumprimento dessas obrigações podem afetar não só a saúde financeira como também pode prejudicar a imagem da mesma. Atualmente as empresas vêm sendo cobradas não só por seus colaboradores a manter em dia suas obrigações, mas também por seus clientes e investidores, já que uma imagem negativa trás não só consequências para a empresa como também para quem investe ou compra com ela. Esse projeto simula, através de uma situação hipotética como um pagamento em atraso das suas obrigações trás consequências para a empresa. | pt_BR |
