Passivos Trabalhistas e seus Impactos Financeiros: Munhoz Equipamentos Comerciais

Abstract

The project addresses and applies the knowledge seen during the semester in the module of Financial Management, giving greater emphasis to the subject of Management of Labor Liabilities and what are their financial impacts on the company. The main objective is to demonstrate to the entrepreneur the importance that a good management of labor liabilities back to the company and how the non-fulfillment of these obligations can affect not only the financial health but can also damage the image of the same. Currently, companies are being charged not only by their employees to maintain up to date with its obligations, but also by its customers and investors, since an image negative impact brings not only consequences for the company but also for those who invest or shop with her. This project simulates, through a hypothetical situation such as a late payment of its obligations brings consequences for the company.
