dc.description.abstractOne of the fundamental points is to show that the main objective of vegetable gardens in schools is not produce the food. It is to create a learning space, that is, students will interact taking care of the garden, harvesting the fruits and learning in the classroom about soil, water, care for the environment and among other topics. dc.description.resumoUm dos pontos fundamentais é mostrar que o principal objetivo das hortas nas escolas não é produzir o alimento. É criar um espaço de aprendizagem, ou seja, os alunos terão interação cuidando da horta, colhendo os frutos e aprendendo em sala de aula sobre o solo, água, cuidado com o meio ambiente e entre outros temas. Havendo uma interdisciplinaridade, facilitando a aprendizagem. Dessa forma a qualidade das interações que acontecem naquele espaço, seja entre as pessoas com os elementos naturais, ou as próprias pessoas entre si, conta muito mais do que a escolha e execução da melhor técnica de plantio.pt_BR
