Abstract

The environmental management system is a set of actions that involve procedures and controls, as well as human, financial and material resources, organized whose objective is to ensure that all the company's products and activities are ecologically correct, without harming the environment. In view of Natura's sustainability model, we will present the organizational scenario and its social impacts in this work.
