Abstract
The objective is for young people who are part of the institution to be able to be prepared for the job market, whether they are effective in the institution itself or move on to other companies. At the end of the internship period, the student should leave with a better understanding of the job market and the skills that a good professional today needs, regardless of their field of activity.
