Abstract
In this IP, an analysis will be carried out on the company Klabin S.A. analyzing its value chain management and product development, logistics strategies, its productive capacity and average capital structure for the sector where the company is located. Based on this assumption, the Cost Management, fixed and variable, direct and indirect costs of the Klabin company will be analyzed.
