DESENVOLVIMENTO DE UM PLANO DE GESTÃO DE PASSIVOS TRABALHISTAS

Abstract

This project aims to analyze the Labor Liabilities within the organization MJ Serviços Eléctricos - Eletricos e Eletronics LTDA, where we will also explore its statistical and quantitative data, and propose a solution for the company according to its working capital. The company chosen was MJ Serviços Eléctricos - Eletricos e Eletrônica LTDA, located in the city of Goiânia-GO. The units of study addressed in this module were of paramount importance for the interdisciplinary project about the company to be realized. Throughout the project in the Legal Aspects of Corporate Structuring unit, we study how to set up a company and how it can be structured. In Labor Liability Management we work with the CLT and the Federal Constitution and their reflexes in our daily lives. In the project we made simulations of possible labor liabilities in the chosen company.
