Abstract
This article aims to present issues within organizations, which
can directly affect the health of the collaborator, being the main theme approached the
Burnout Syndrome, also known as professional burnout syndrome,
identifying the main causes and their consequences. And how people management applied
assertively can prevent this psychic disorder. Research will be applied
field to study the organizational climate in companies and based on research
recent information on the Syndrome to identify the disease and choose the best alternatives
to remedy this very common problem, especially during and after the pandemic
experienced in the last two years, and taking advantage of the management of collaborators and development
of leaders to equalize this problem, establishing new cultures and customs within
of companies.
