Abstract

The company we are going to work with is AG Rubbo Comércio e Representações Ltda, which operates in the food industry, it is one of the main distributors of São João da Boa Vista and region, we work with more than 32 salespeople and promoters who work in the region, and a salesman especially to serve customers who go to headquarters. The team concept is superior to the traditionally used forms of management, but it requires a great deal of initial effort, unconditional and uninterrupted support from the organizational top and time for the process to solidify. Teamwork is a work system developed by a group of people, where everyone is dedicated to carrying out a task, where usually one of the participants takes the lead. In a team, contact between people has the objective of generating synergy, which usually involves the participants in the search for common and positive objectives / goals / results for all.
