Abstract
The company chosen for the research was Banco Santander. Founded in 1857 in the province of Cantabria, Spain, Grupo Santander is the largest bank in the Eurozone and one of the largest in the world. The institution, which is large, operates with a focus on the commercial bank, which represents the majority of its revenues. It is present in ten main markets, in Europe and the Americas.
