Abstract

Our objective with the elaboration of this Integrated Project is to address the process of diagnosing Ynner's training and development needs, understanding how it identifies its difficulties, works on its challenges and examines the status of its employees' skills and abilities. From this, we will deduce how it detects knowledge gaps, identifies points of improvement and outlines plans to optimize the performance of its employees, to identify gaps and direct practical efforts to cover them.
