| dc.description.abstract | In this Integrated Project (IP), whose theme is "POSITION PLAN AND SALARIES”, I present the Municipality of Aguaí, with the objective, to show the functioning of a public body addressing the form of entry through Tenders Publics escaping a little from the routine of conventional recruitment and selection.
