PLANO DE CARGOS E SALÁRIOS: PREFEITURA MUNICIPAL DE AGUAÍ

Abstract

In this Integrated Project (IP), whose theme is "POSITION PLAN AND SALARIES”, I present the Municipality of Aguaí, with the objective, to show the functioning of a public body addressing the form of entry through Tenders Publics escaping a little from the routine of conventional recruitment and selection. The main objective of this study is to demonstrate the importance of implementation of a Job and Salary Plan and how it can be effective with their methods.
