Abstract

In this part of the Integrated Project (IP) the objective of the project should be described, that is, the analysis of the corporate reorganization processes. The title of the IP is “PROCESSES OF CORPORATE REORGANIZATION”, whose purpose is to carry out an analysis on the processes of corporate reorganization, in particular, case studies involving recent real situations.
