Abstract
The main objective of this work is to report on the evaluation and performance of the Grings company and its training methods. In the work environment, evaluation is necessary to give direction to growth and development for constant improvement in the company. The performance evaluation process aims at the continuous development of professionals and their organization. Due to changes in work and organizations, the demand for performance evaluations using training methods grows, with the objective of enabling better results for the company.
