Abstract

This article aims to highlight strategic planning as a competitive tool in the agribusiness market, mentioning advantages and results for the success of the organization. In order to contribute and enrich studies in this area, tools that facilitate the identification, creation and implementation of planning from projects will be exposed, validating that it is possible to adapt an urban tool to the rural scope in a simplified and practical way providing competitive differential strategies.
