Abstract

In this Integrated Project to be discussed, we take as a reference, the importance of human behavior in organizations, the several advantages that can be highlighted for teamwork and also the difficulties faced by the organization, the effect of how effective the use of the expression becomes and the day-to-day communication of an organization, whether written or oral, genuinely motivating its employees to achieve their objectives and goals at the same time.
