The company will have a good corporate name Forma Academia LTDA and trade name Good Shape, located at Av. Dr. Durval Nicolau, nº 775 - Colina da Mantiqueira Park, São João da Boa Vista - SP. This company will be classified as a LTDA, that is, a company organized by quotas, where each partner has limited liability, with the partners: Gabriele Caroline de Morais, Lilian Mara Costa, Maiara Daniele de Sousa, Marcele Fernanda de Sousa. The services to be offered will be fighting and dancing classes such as: jump, boxing, zumba, crossfit, jiu-jitsu, muay thai, stretching and yoga, ballet, jazz-funk, belly dancing and pilateS.
