Abstract

The Interdisciplinary Project aims to deepen the knowledge acquired through the content provided by the tutor, with the purpose of analyzing the processes of corporate reorganization. Because, there are several ways to carry out a corporate reorganization, it depends a lot on what the company, its partners and investors intend to do. But among the main modalities, there are operations known as mergers, divisions, incorporations and transformations. Each type has different characteristics, but they can be applied regardless of the legal type.
