Abstract

The execution of this project was based on the company Central Soluções real estate. For the reasoning, the subjects studied were used as a basis in this module: Performance evaluation, taught by Professor José Márcio From Rio. This discipline consists of the people management mechanism, which describes the performance of an employee or the entire team, through which it is possible to estimate the technical skills and conduct of employees. Also in the curriculum in this module, the Personnel Department discipline was present, this one, taught by the professor Danilo Morais Doval, being passed on knowledge related to the management of the company's employees, such as payroll administration, vacations, benefits, certificates, clocking and labor liabilities. In turn, the Leadership and Coaching, taught by Professor Almir Abreu, aimed at purpose to encourage self-knowledge and develop skills and new skills, encouraging the role of good leadership within the company, adding to the leader the ideal qualities so that he/she executes in a affirms its role. In Positions, Salaries and Career Plan, subject taught by Professor Danielle Rodrigues, had the purpose of formulating, forwarding and guide the career plan, and survey of positions and salaries. And Selection and Retention of Talents, taught by Professor Karina Strobel Castillo, who aimed to generate an exercise in calling and choosing within the organization.
