dc.description.abstractThis study aims to analyze how the pandemic has affected young people and adolescents, with an emphasis on mental health. Some main points addressed in this project are, pandemic and social isolation, which contributed negatively to these adolescents developing mental disorders and illnesses, as a result, there was a large increase in people looking for psychologists and professionals in the area. The most diverse causes of how to deal with the sequels at this post-pandemic moment were also addressed, including the return to their respective routines, where they had to adapt again. It also discusses the problems facing social isolation, such as mental and physical abuse, which were widespread in this period. In addition, we discuss these topics in more depth.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoEste estudo visa analisar o modo como a pandemia afetou os jovens e adolescentes, dando ênfase à saúde mental. Alguns pontos principais abordados neste projeto são, pandemia e isolamento social, que contribuíram de maneira negativa para que esses adolescentes desenvolvessem transtornos e doenças mentais, em consequência disso, houve um grande aumento de pessoas a procura de psicólogos e profissionais da área. Foi abordado também as mais diversas causas de como lidar com as sequelas neste momento pós pandêmico, incluindo o retorno em suas respectivas rotinas, onde tiveram que se adaptar novamente. É debatido também os problemas ao enfrentarem o isolamento social, tais como abusos mentais e físicos, que tiveram grande propagação neste período. Ademais, discorremos sobre esses tópicos de maneira mais aprofundada.pt_BR
