Abstract

The project was carried out with the objective of expanding our knowledge on the studied disciplines of Training and Development and Performance Evaluation, based on the research carried out with data obtained from the company Pinhalense S / A Máquinas Agricultural, whose purpose is to carry out an analysis on the techniques and models of performance evaluation of the aforementioned company, as well as, to approach its process of diagnosis of training and development needs.
