dc.description.abstractHistology is the study of cells and tissues in the body and how these structures organize to constitute the organs, but for this to be possible it is necessary to produce a histological slide, which will be studied with the aid of a microscope, due to the small cell size. This slide will be produced using histotechnics, a practice that consists of in the procedures necessary for its production, divided into stages that will be described posteriorly.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoA histologia é o estudo das células e dos tecidos do corpo e como essas estruturas se organizam para constituir os órgãos, mas para que isso seja possível é necessária a produção de uma lâmina histológica, que será estudada com o auxílio de um microscópio, devido á pequena dimensão das células. Essa lâmina será produzida por meio de histotécnicas, prática que consiste nos procedimentos necessários para a sua produção, dividida em etapas que serão descritas posteriormente.pt_BR
