Abstract

It is common knowledge that the internet is here to stay and with it the emergence of new professions. But what is worth remembering and discussing here is the false illusion that young people today are having that it is not necessary to attend higher education to achieve a profession. Many young people today look up to influencers and YouTubers who present an easy life full of perks. Young people today are getting lost in the midst of an absurd amount of information that is given to them daily in an unmonitored way, and they end up not realizing the value that the process has in achieving goals.
