Abstract
This document presents an interdisciplinary project developed by students of the first administration module, in order to make a sustainable analysis of the company Itaiquara Alimentos SA, in Tapiratiba, which was chosen because it is one of the largest sugar industries in Brazil, and operates in the field. for over 100 years. The objectives were to analyze how the company deals with the internal society, the external, the environment and financially.
