Abstract

The main objective of the integrating project presented, entitled "ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND ITS SOCIAL IMPACTS", is to demonstrate how Environmental Management is carried out at the company International Paper and to analyze the social impacts caused by the organization. Data collection was carried out by researching the content available on the internet and consulting some company employees.
