Information and communication are in people's daily lives and in all corners of the planet. In the labor market and in the social sphere, it is necessary to think about the cultural and social differences that we experience, where opportunities appear that drive the advancement of culture, thus, it brings the development of tools and other challenges in an atmosphere of many perplexities and afflictions. In a company, for its production line to be successful and highly positive results, it is necessary for the organization to maintain an excellent climate organizational with its employees, establishing norms and values that they can add to the daily lives of workers, using as a tool: Communication, motivation and feedback so that people get answers and opinions about a context or their own performance.
