Abstract

From this work, we will discuss about Environmental Management Systems, being briefly explained: it is a series of policies, technical and administrative procedures and practices, in order to have a better environmental performance in the company. That is, planning and techniques that will favor better productivity and also contribute to the environment, together with the ISO 14001 Standard, with the aim of improving the actions to be taken.
