Abstract

It is a company where environmental, economic and social interests are equal, forming a circle. It seeks its profits, preserving the environment and not compromising future generations. Aiming at this, the group will present information about the company Soufer Industrial, located in São João da Boa Vista - SP, which has been operating in the metallurgy business for over 52 years. Because we believe it is a sustainable company. The data for the elaboration of this article were based on the problems generated through the production of its materials, such as steel waste and waste, as well as knowing the company's ideals, social and environmental plans. To complete the project, the group conducted interviews and surveys with the company and its managers. After analysis, the group will present the results.
