Abstract

In this module the main objective is to carry out an analysis of logistics management, studying each of the five parts of each process seen in the classroom and presented by the teachers and transposing each of them to the company Netflix 1st - Integrated Logistics, presented by professor Elaina Cristina Paina, about, describing how was the whole process and evolution that Netflix seeks to this day. In this way, in the supply chain we will address suppliers, production, points of sales and customers. In the supply chain we can see that it is always looking for of its objectives to guarantee its success, using continuously the search for improvement and quality for its customers, aiming to serve them quickly, bringing them news, promotions and changes within their platforms. Netflix aims to improve all your projects of efficiency and effectiveness controls of all your processes and that will be seen by all your subscribers.
