| dc.description.resumo | Quando o estudante é inserido na escola ele já traz junto consigo uma bagagem de vida um tanto quando relativa, e hoje frente a tantas mudanças ocorridas a maneira de avaliar apenas por provas vem deixando nos alunos medos, traumas que acabam refletindo na saúde física e mental dos alunos. O autoconhecimento é um processo que objetiva identificar padrões de pensamento e hábitos e, a partir disso, permitir que o estudante consiga melhorar suas respostas comportamentais e tomadas de decisão na escola e na vida pessoal.
